Appointments

We offer early morning, night, and weekend appointments to fit all busy schedules. Same day appointments are usually available. Call us today our friendly staff would love to find a time that fits your busy schedule.

Insurance and Billing

We are a preferred provider for Delta Dental. We will submit all insurance claims as a courtesy to our patients, provided all the necessary information has been provided to our staff.

Any account that has not received payment in 60 days will be considered delinquent and handed over to a collections agency. There is an additional $30 charge if your account becomes delinquent. If your account reaches delinquency the outstanding balance for treatment will be visible to all creditors and will negatively impact your credit history and limit the treatment you can receive at our office.

Payment Options

We accept cash, check, Master Card, Visa, and Discover Card. We have partnered with Care Credit to offer 0% payment options for those who qualify.
