At Hart Family Dentistry it is our mission that your first dental visit with us is a pleasant, positive experience. We will take the time to fully assess your oral health and develop a treatment plan to ensure that your teeth are as good as new. It is always helpful when you come prepared so before your visit you should write down a list of questions that you want to ask us, because it is easy to forget when you are at your appointment, only to remember as soon as you get back home. Also, if you are covered by dental insurance it is very important that you remember your insurance card on your first visit.

When a dental emergency arises, we understand that it can be a stressful situation, especially if something happened to you child, but the best thing you can do is keep calm. Assess the situation and apply a cold compress to reduce swelling and contact our office as soon as possible. That way we can get your child in and seen right away so that we can help to prevent additional damage and subsequent costly dental restoration down the road.
